National and international arbitrator. He has taken part in more than 200 arbitrations as counsel, arbitrator, or consultant. He holds a law degree from Universidad Católica Boliviana, a master's degree in "International Business Law" from the University of Barcelona, and a diploma in "Investment Arbitration" from the International Arbitration School.

Member of the ICC Global Arbitration Commission, Chair of the ICC Bolivia Arbitration Commission, and a member of Latin American International Arbitration, the International Association of Insurance Law, the International Association of Construction Law, and the Bolivian Arbitration Institute.

He is the author of several books on arbitration and is included on the arbitrator lists of the Inter-American Commercial Arbitration Commission (CIAC) and CAINCO, among others.
